Students on our Turing Programme are funded through a variety of means.
This can be through Personal Budgets, Local Authority, NHS Teams or any alternative source. The programme is aimed a developing each student in areas of personal and social skills, and independent living. For some students there is the opportunity to undertake nationally recognised qualifications whilst on this programme.
Workshops take place which students can access at various during the week, the workshops are half days activities. Choices include hospitality, cookery, drama, animal care, sports, drama, art and design, ICT and functional skills.
Dependent on funding and spaces available the programme can be tailored to an individuals interest with workshops available 5 days a week. Workshops all take place in small groups of between 5 and 8 in number.
